• Functional structure : Grouping of jobs of similar nature under functional and organising these major functions as separate departments creates a functional structure.
• Informal structure: An informal organizational structure refers to the network of personal and social relationships that develop spontaneously within an organization. It consists of the social connections, interactions, and channels of communication that exist outside the formal lines of authority.
• Delegation : Delegation refers to the downward transfer of authority from a superior to a subordinate.
