(A)Hirakund Project - (III) Mahanadi:  - The Hirakud Dam is located on the Mahanadi River in the Indian state of Odisha. (B) Bhakra Nangal Project - (I) Sutlej: The Bhakra Nangal Project is a multipurpose project situated on the Sutlej River in the Indian states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. It includes the Bhakra Dam and the Nangal Dam. This project provides water for irrigation, hydroelectric power generation, and drinking water supply to the surrounding regions.

(C) Nagarjuna Sagar Project - (IV) Krishna: The Nagarjuna Sagar Dam is built on the Krishna River in the Indian states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the largest dams in the world and serves as an important source of irrigation water, hydroelectric power, and drinking water supply. 

(D) Sardar Sarovar Project - (II) Narmada: The Sardar Sarovar Project, also known as the Narmada Dam, is constructed on the Narmada River in the Indian state of Gujarat. It is a multipurpose project that includes a large dam and a canal system. The project provides water for irrigation, hydropower generation, and domestic and industrial use.
