The elements of communication process are :-
(1) Sender (A) : Sender means person who conveys his thoughts or ideas to the receiver. The sender represents source of communication.
(2) Message (C) : It is the content of ideas, feelings, suggestions, order, etc., intended to be communicated.
(3) Media (D) : : It is the path through which encoded message is transmitted to receiver. The channel may be in written form, face to face, phone call, Internet etc.,
(4) Receiver (B) : The person who receives communication of the sender
(5) Feedback (E) : It includes all those actions of receiver indicating that he has received and understood message of sender.
This sequence reflects the natural flow of communication from initiation by the sender to the reception by the receiver, and the potential for feedback to complete the communication cycle.
